Human Resources and Organizational Behavior
This course will prepare students for managerial challenges concerning organizational culture and managing and motivating people. By researching and analyzing case studies students will learn what has worked for managers in the past and what hasn’t worked when a shift in organizational culture is needed to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
