Current Issues in Global Business

The course begins with an overview of the Globalization phenomenon and an exploration of the key differences between nations in terms of political, economic and legal systems, levels of economic development, culture, and ethics. Then students will explore the global trade and investment environment, followed by an introduction to the global monetary system. The course then turns to an introduction to the strategy and structure of international business.
